Grammy-Nominated DJ Marshmello Sells Extravagant Beverly Hills Estate for $15M

Grammy-nominated DJ and producer Christopher Comstock, better known as Marshmello, is saying goodbye to his chic Beverly Hills mansion. The music maker sold the lavish estate last month for $15 million. Built in 1992 by renowned architect Richard Landry, the five-bedroom, seven-bath abode has more than 7,800 square feet and is in the area’s famous Mulholland Estates.

The property last changed hands in 2020 for $10.8 million.

Luxe living

This luxurious home is a feast for the eyes. For starters, the interiors were masterminded by Bravo TV’s “Flipping Out” design star Jeff Lewis and remodeled using only the best of the best.

The grand foyer features a double-height ceiling with an arched window, marble flooring, and a statement-making chandelier. Off to one side is a living room complete with a fireplace and a dining area with large grid windows.

Meanwhile, the eat-in kitchen has a double center island, marble countertops, and French doors that lead to the backyard. There’s also a bar sink and a wine cooler in the hallway—convenient when entertaining guests.

Multiple sitting areas dot the main level, including a large den outfitted with a black-marble and gold-accented bar.

View from the top

Oversized bedrooms await at the top of the sweeping staircase. The primary suite features a private outdoor space, massive walk-in closet, and a large en suite bathroom, which is all glitz and glamour. The space boasts a metallic-silver soaking tub, dual vanity, and light-gray tile.

Meanwhile, other bedrooms come with private balconies, recessed lighting, and hardwood floors.

The grounds are a bit larger than a half-acre and include multiple sitting areas—some covered—plus a hot tub and a kidney-shaped pool with breathtaking views. Additionally, the home has a three-car garage, library/office, and central heating and air.

Comstock, 31, has had many chart-topping hits through the years, including the songs “Alone,” “Silence” (featuring Khalid), and “Wolves” (with Selena Gomez). He received a Grammy nomination in 2022 for his album, “Shockwave.”
